The Hydro-Flo Screen is available in both Mesh and Link style grid. The Mesh style grid is ideally suited for water and wastewater applications where ultra-fine screening is required. Stainless steel frame, hook links and axles support even the finest of meshes in the harshest of environments. Unlike perforated stainless or molded plastic panels, the supported mesh frames are able to filter down to 1mm or less openings with extremely high open area percentages. This results in lower velocities through the grid and filtration of higher flows. Easy access to the panels allows for simple cleaning and removal if required. The Mesh style grid is often selected by design engineers for protection of sensitive processes such as Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Plants.
