Replace/Rebuild Motor and Gearbox |
|
Many of the screens that come back to us have drives that are still operating. Of these projects, most need work.
While complete replacement of motor and gearbox is an option, rebuilding is a good way of stretching
your budget. After the the drive is taken off and inspected, it is cleaned off and |
disassembled. Internal gears are checked in gearbox while bearings and seals are replaced. Lubricants
are replenished and motor and gearbox are tested. After some time running the screen is sandblasted,
painted with a primer, and coated with urethane paint for ultra-violet protection and prolonged life.
We rebuild motors and gearboxes as a service to our customers.
Through the years we have gained much
experience with these drives and enjoy sending out a good looking, well serviced drive at no additional
expense to the customer. Replacement drive are available at additional cost. |
