Triden Screens

Low Flow, Original, Heavy Duty, and Super Duty models accommodate a wide range of municipal, industrial, institutional, and intake flows. All stainless steel construction and UHMWPE wear surfaces provide years of trouble free operation. Wet or dry discharge mechanisms ensure continuous cleaning of 1 mm to 75 mm grid openings. Low profile bottom seal limits screen bypass, while the extremely strong stainless steel grid reduces headlosses to well below industry standards. With mounting angles from 60° - 90°, screen pivot from channel for easy flow bypass. Through flow design and large solid removal are trademarks of this versatile screen and well suited for new and retrofit applications.

STR Original Triden

The Original Triden Screen is a versatile and extremely reliable screen able to accommodate small to large municipal, industrial, institutional, and intake flows. All stainless steel construction and UHMWPE wear surfaces provide years of trouble free operation. Wet or dry discharge mechanisms ensure continuous cleaning of 1mm - 3" grid openings. Thin bottom shoe and brush limit screen bypass while extremely strong stainless steel elements reduce headlosses to well below industry standards.

LFS Low Flow

The Low Flow Triden is a reliable and economical screen for small treatment plant. With screen openings from 3mm to 1" the Low Flow incorporates all the advantages of the Original Triden Screen, but is designed for flows as low as 100gpm.

STF Front Discharge

The Front Discharge Triden Screen incorporates many of the design features as the Original Triden Screen, but discharges screenings on the influent side of the screen.

HDR Heavy Duty

The Heavy Duty Screen is a scaled up version of the Triden Screen. Available in electric and hydraulic drives, this screen is designed to withstand harsher installations. 6-75mm screen openings for medium to higher flows.

SDR Super Duty

The Super Duty Screen is the most robust screen we manufacture. Available in electric and hydraulic drives, this screen is designed for the most severe lift stations, wet wells, and large municipal and industrial treatment plants. 6-75mm screen openings for medium to high flows.
