Hydro-Dyne Engineering purchased a more than 100,000-square-foot facility in Pinellas County to accommodate the company’s expansion.
The real estate transaction is valued to more than $5 million and will largely expand the company’s manufacturing, service, research and design capacity, according to a statement.
Hydro-Dyne, an Oldsmar manufacturer of custom-engineered screening and grit removal equipment for water and wastewater facilities, has grown its employee base by 70 percent over the past year, the statement said.
